Development of the five-year strategic plan defining CADE's priorities and areas of intervention.
The 2026-2030 Strategic Plan is the reference document that will guide all CADE actions for the next five years.It defines strategic objectives, priority areas of intervention, coordination mechanisms between members, performance indicators and the monitoring and evaluation framework.This plan aligns with major African and international frameworks: AU Agenda 2063, Agenda 2040 for children, SDGs and the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child.
