Any legally recognized organization working in the field of children's rights and sharing CADE's vision and values can submit a membership application. Member organizations commit to respecting the consortium's Charter and Code of Ethics.

No. CADE is an apolitical and non-partisan organization. Its action focuses on promoting and defending children's rights, without political affiliation. The consortium collaborates with all stakeholders committed to children.
