Any legally recognized organization working in the field of children's rights and sharing CADE's vision and values can submit a membership application. Member organizations commit to respecting the consortium's Charter and Code of Ethics.
No. CADE is an apolitical and non-partisan organization. Its action focuses on promoting and defending children's rights, without political affiliation. The consortium collaborates with all stakeholders committed to children.
Institutions, organizations and companies interested in partnering with CADE can contact the secretariat via the official email contact@cade-afrique.org. Several types of partnership are possible: strategic, technical or financial.

CADE's constituent General Assembly is planned for June 2026 in Tunis, alongside the celebration of the Day of the African Child. This event will mark the official establishment of the consortium and the adoption of its founding texts.
