Adoption of CADE founding texts
Finalization and official adoption of CADE's Charter and Code of Ethics that will guide the consortium's actions.
This fundamental project aims to finalize and officially adopt the texts that will form the legal and ethical foundation of CADE.Documents being adopted include the official Statutes, the Values Charter and the Code of Ethics. These texts are developed collectively by member organizations with the support of lawyers specializing in African associative law.
