As part of the preparation for the June 2026 constituent General Assembly, CADE member organizations are actively working on developing and adopting its founding texts.CADE's Charter defines the values, principles and commitments shared by all member organizations. The Code of Ethics establishes standards of conduct and integrity for all consortium actions.These fundamental documents form the basis on which all CADE activities and decisions will rest once officially established.
